Absolutely the most responsive support team of any app we use. They take care of everything quickly and reliably. If there’s an integration they don’t yet offer but we need it, I simply mention it to them and within just over a week it’s built. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Toop aplikace, která funguje a hlavně přístup support/u je velmi rychlej a užitečnej. Dokonce pomohl s nastavením, kterej zvyšuje prodeje. Doporučuju ! ! ! ! !.

Great app with a huge number of available pickup points. The biggest plus for me is their customer care — whenever I ran into a technical issue, they helped me right away, and even custom-coded features when I needed them.

Globe u nás funguje úplne bezchybne a je plne kompatibilný s MT Table Rates, takže ceny dopravy sa dajú nastavovať naozaj flexibilne. Veľmi oceňujem aj možnosť vylúčiť vybraných partnerských dopravcov – ideálne, keď naša zmluva s daným prepravcom nepokrýva všetky služby. Po nasadení sa počet objednávok výrazne zvýšil, pretože zákazníci milujú možnosť vyzdvihnutia na odberných miestach. Aplikácia je rýchla, stabilná a intuitívna. Veľké plus za podporu – reagujú bleskovo, sú veľmi nápomocní a skutočne berú do úvahy návrhy. Niekoľko našich podnetov bolo implementovaných prakticky okamžite. Určite odporúčam!

Testovala jsem několik různých Shopify integrací pro výdejní místa a dopravu a Globe to vyhrál na plné čáře. Podpora reagovala extrémně rychle a ochotně. Společně jsme vyřešili poměrně specifický problém s API integrací testovací verze Balíkovny rychle a efektivně a teď už všechno krásně funguje tak, jak má. Jejich prostředí je jednoduché, intuitivní a velmi příjemné na používání. Velké plus je možnost tisknout štítky přímo z Shopify pro většinu hlavních českých dopravců. Opravdu velké díky celému týmu

This is honestly one of the best apps I’ve used on Shopify. The pickup point selection works extremely well and the whole system is very smooth and intuitive. It significantly improved my checkout experience and reduced customer confusion. What really stands out is the support — incredibly fast, helpful, and professional. They helped me set everything up properly and even went beyond expectations to optimize the flow. Highly recommended for anyone using pickup points. This is a must-have app if you want a clean, high-converting checkout.

Great app and very easy to use. We’re currently migrating all of our shipping carriers so we can manage everything through this platform. The support has been outstanding. Adam and his team have been incredibly helpful throughout the process and have quickly implemented custom solutions for our more complex shipping scenarios.

Nemám žiadne výhrady, appka je naozaj skvelá. Konečne odpadá nutnosť mať samostatné napojenie na každého dopravcu, čo šetrí kopu peňazí. Globe prináša množstvo vylepšení, ktoré som inde nevidel. Veľkou výhodou je aj skvelý support, neustále pribúdajúce nové funkcie a veľmi jednoduché, logické nastavenie.

The app itself is very useful and flexible, but what really stands out is their customer support. A big thank you to Adam, who helped me a lot with setting up shipping and making sure everything worked exactly as needed. Highly recommended – both the app and the support team!
