This is honestly one of the best apps I’ve used on Shopify. The pickup point selection works extremely well and the whole system is very smooth and intuitive. It significantly improved my checkout experience and reduced customer confusion. What really stands out is the support — incredibly fast, helpful, and professional. They helped me set everything up properly and even went beyond expectations to optimize the flow. Highly recommended for anyone using pickup points. This is a must-have app if you want a clean, high-converting checkout.

Great app and very easy to use. We’re currently migrating all of our shipping carriers so we can manage everything through this platform. The support has been outstanding. Adam and his team have been incredibly helpful throughout the process and have quickly implemented custom solutions for our more complex shipping scenarios.

Nemám žiadne výhrady, appka je naozaj skvelá. Konečne odpadá nutnosť mať samostatné napojenie na každého dopravcu, čo šetrí kopu peňazí. Globe prináša množstvo vylepšení, ktoré som inde nevidel. Veľkou výhodou je aj skvelý support, neustále pribúdajúce nové funkcie a veľmi jednoduché, logické nastavenie.

The app itself is very useful and flexible, but what really stands out is their customer support. A big thank you to Adam, who helped me a lot with setting up shipping and making sure everything worked exactly as needed. Highly recommended – both the app and the support team!

We have been using Globe for over a year now; it is a great solution for pickup points and shipment automation at this price point. It’s a very user friendly app with clearly outlined documentation. And if you struggle, there is always someone to help. Highly recommended!

Simply phenomenal customer support! At the beginning, I had several issues with the setup and honestly felt a bit lost. However, the support team responded quickly and professionally to every single question I had, guiding me step by step through the entire configuration process. I would especially like to highlight Adam’s work — he was extremely helpful, patient, and highly knowledgeable. He resolved all of my issues very quickly and made sure the app was perfectly integrated with my store. It’s rare to experience such a high level of support. I can only recommend this app!

We ship to pickup points accross Europe in variousnetworks and and Globe Point works great for us. Support is very responsive and helps to sort out any problems or questions. Highly recommended.

We use the Globe Pick Up Points app across multiple Dedoles markets within our e-commerce stores, and we are very satisfied with it. The app is clear, intuitive, and reliable. The implementation went smoothly, and everything works exactly as expected. We especially appreciate the ease of setup and the overall user-friendliness. The biggest advantage, however, is the support team (especially Adam) – they respond very quickly, are always helpful, and handle any additional settings or custom adjustments almost immediately. Communication is professional and efficient. On behalf of the Dedoles team, we highly recommend it :-)
