In Hungary, 80-90% percent of my customers are using pickup points as a delivery option, so we could make our revenue thanks for Globe: Pickup Points. Its especially helpful for crossborder sales in the EU, able to offer local/national carrier options. Also the customer support is the fastest by so far, compared to the customer service of other apps that i used before.
