Globe Pickup Points & Shipping

We use Globe after switching from another solution and for me great! The variety of providers is great and the UX of the app towards customers is awesome. The benefit for ours is the further development of the app and the potential to connect carriers via API. Support for the app is great - fast, helpful.

We used to use different apps like Zásilkovna (Digismoothie) for pickup points, but this one can handle multiple carriers, the settings is great, much more customizations, custom e-mail sender domain and the support is just amazing. Manually adding pickup points for clients is a bit non-intuitive, but it's not very common. App can work with multiple markets, countries and languages (there are some limitations, but it's still the best I've seen).

I've used hundreds of apps and this is by far my favourite one. Adam is awesome and was so helpful. Can't recommend this app enough.

Connection to pick-up points from different carriers in one application? Something like that was missing here. It works great and also if a problem is found, they make sure that it is fixed as soon as possible. Recommend.

This app has made managing our orders so much easier. Exporting orders to Zasilkovna and printing shipping labels is now just a one-click process, making everything much faster. We also love the support for various shipping providers and the easy and straightforward integration with our distribution center. The automatic rounding for cash on delivery orders and the clear pick-up point selection at checkout are huge perks. The Globe app has saved us a ton of time and improved our fulfillment efficiency. Simply fantastic. Adam & Jan have been so helpful and accommodating. My shipping provider was not supported by Globe however after a quick conversation my provider was added with no issues. Any question I asked were answered promptly and any additional functions requested were added within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Globe enough. They solved an issue I was facing where others were unable to assist.

Thanks for this app. It solved our problem with Packeta widget (Zásilkovna) after payment. We currently have it directly in Checkout, and thanks to that is our Customer Care more efficient and faster processing of orders.
