The product basically doesn't work, and all Max and Emanuel try to do is sell more non-existent vaporware. You should avoid anything from Gorobot at all cost. Impossible to cancel, expensive for no reason, and doesn't work.

I have been using it conveniently for a long time, but since the end of 2022 it has not worked properly due to a problem. Although I have been communicating with support, I am still in trouble without solving it now.

I've had this app but the support team starting with Max is non existent. I reach dout to them letting them know of the issues i was having and all they would say is "will check it out and get back to you" weeks passed and nothing. The set up for this is not user friendly so unless you are very tech savvy save your time and go with the plenty of other options that are on the app store and a lot easier to manage.

A quiz like on the screenshot is not available in the free plan. Just wasted a couple of hour trying to build it. Now, more that a week after deleting the app from my shopify shop, I get an e-mail that I will be moved to the paid account shortly. What?? DON'T try this app. Nothing but troubles.

Great App I am closely working with Max Ronai to make this app work better for our website. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge of the GOBOT team. They are very talented and available whenever you need
