The product basically doesn't work, and all Max and Emanuel try to do is sell more non-existent vaporware. You should avoid anything from Gorobot at all cost. Impossible to cancel, expensive for no reason, and doesn't work.

I have been using it conveniently for a long time, but since the end of 2022 it has not worked properly due to a problem. Although I have been communicating with support, I am still in trouble without solving it now.

I've had this app but the support team starting with Max is non existent. I reach dout to them letting them know of the issues i was having and all they would say is "will check it out and get back to you" weeks passed and nothing. The set up for this is not user friendly so unless you are very tech savvy save your time and go with the plenty of other options that are on the app store and a lot easier to manage.

A quiz like on the screenshot is not available in the free plan. Just wasted a couple of hour trying to build it. Now, more that a week after deleting the app from my shopify shop, I get an e-mail that I will be moved to the paid account shortly. What?? DON'T try this app. Nothing but troubles.

Great App I am closely working with Max Ronai to make this app work better for our website. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge of the GOBOT team. They are very talented and available whenever you need

This app is amazing! For me bots was a word that meant difficulty and complications and thanks to gobot I discovered how easy it could be To build one because of their intuitive interface and how they help you reach more sales and revenue! When you start your company the amount of work is overwhelming and you have to be an all in one worker, and believe me Gobot can relief you a lot of work! Definitely will continue working with them!

I used this app to help answer common questions while people are visiting my site. It was very easy to set up and allowed for lots of customization!

This is an excellent app with great documentation and support. It is exactly what my website needed. It will take time to fully use all the elements included with GoBot, but the time will be well worth the effort.

There are a lot of chatbots on the market. This one is definitely the best. Some apps are hard to use. However, this one is easy to use. We love it. There are a variety of options that we can play with. We are excited to explore more within the app

Gobot is intuitive, flexible, and comes ready to streamline your customer service right out of the box.... It's definitely already taking time off of my typical email/customer response needs. I am a fan!

This bot app has been very easy to use and the support is very helpful & responsive. Our questions are answered within the day! It's also been great to view the analytics and see where customers' pain points are so we can improve our product pages and site itself.

Just started, but Gobot seems to have the answers to boosting sales. There are so many options so best to keep it simple at the start. I'm using the Abandoned Cart Gobot and am really keen to see what others I can use.

Unfortunately, there was no "zero stars" option to check. If so, that would have been my rating and I am an easy grader. I tried writing this app company 3 times and never received a reply. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I love chatbots, and Gobot makes it very easy to integrate on into your store. The user interface is excellent - customizing your chatbot is simple. The templates they provide are great. I compared this to another Shopify chatbot app that I won't name, and Gobot is the clear winner.

Installed it a week ago, and I have been really enjoying the Gobot, love the gif integration in messages adds such nice touch, really simple to setup! had it up and running in less la 5 minutes.
