Using this app to create a BOGO offer was really easy and smooth. The offer worked perfectly in the cart, and overall the app provides a very user-friendly experience. The support team is also very friendly and helpful.
The App didnt work again - so a mad scramble looking for another app. We have found another now and cancelled this

This app makes it extremely easy to create and manage offers on our store. The setup is quick, everything runs smoothly, and launching offers like BOGO takes just a few minutes. Highly recommended.
This app has broken my website twice in less than 24 hours. This might not be a huge problem if they had 24/7 chat support, or if their support worked during US hours. Unfortunately, the current pattern is GoCart breaks my website > I use live chat to leave a message > they answer me and hopefully fix the problem in the middle of the night > by the time I realize they broke something else the next day, their support is offline again. I'm currently trying to run a major BOGO sale and am totally handicapped by a) the poor quality of this app and b) the unavailability of support.
