After using this app since 2020, ongoing pricing inaccuracies forced us to switch to a more dependable app. Customer service is non existent. We email the support email address provided and simply do not receive responses. For something as critical as live pricing, no customer support response is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I’ve been using this app for years and it has always worked incredibly well, but ever since the latest update it has become absolutely flawless. Updating my prices is now effortless — just set it and forget it. The new interface is clean, intuitive, and extremely easy to navigate. If you ever have a question or need help, the developer Ben is always right there. His support is genuinely top tier. He responds quickly, knows the product inside and out, and goes above and beyond every single time. The live tickers and charts are also amazing and add real value to my store’s presentation and workflow. This app delivers reliable, real-time pricing at a fantastic price point. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a dependable live pricing solution. Thank you, Ben, for helping my business grow and succeed!

Have reached out to support numerous times, emailed, called, absolutely no response. The app has not been functioning as usual since the Summer '23 issue of Shopify came out. We also are unable to use the banner function because no one will answer us and there are no instructions on how to enable it
