The new revised version is 10x improvement. Nice dashboard and easy to use. I've tried others but is the the best value on the market.
After using this app since 2020, ongoing pricing inaccuracies forced us to switch to a more dependable app. Customer service is non existent. We email the support email address provided and simply do not receive responses. For something as critical as live pricing, no customer support response is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I’ve been using this app for years and it has always worked incredibly well, but ever since the latest update it has become absolutely flawless. Have reached out to support numerous times, emailed, called, absolutely no response. The app has not been functioning as usual since the Summer '23 issue of Shopify came out. We also are unable to use the banner function because no one will answer us and there are no instructions on how to enable it
