Very happy that I chose this app as the installation was easy enough and when I needed support Chandra promptly took care of everything and followed up after. Highly recommended.
This app was not initially working on my store. I posted a critical review and was promptly contacted by support. The customer service rep needed some access permissions to my store so he could fix it. He promptly fixed it. I am updating my review to a positive one. This app seems like a convenient way to get Google customer reviews on your store. The only catch is that the customer has to opt-in to receive an email at time of purchase. There doesn't seem to be a way for a customer to decide to come back and leave a review if they don't opt in right away. I think this would be a great feature to add because it would allow the store owner to send a follow up email to the customer and request a review after the customer has received their order.
Dear Sir, Please note that the entire workflow is decided by Google and no app can influence this. Google provides only one place for the customers to opt-in for the Google Survey. Google does not send survey emails if test products are used for our testing so we have to buy normal products in store. There is absolutely nothing shady about the test. Please read the following to understand our point of view. 95% of the reviews received so far displayed below had tests done by us. This is just a small fraction of the tests that we have done. Our Tests include strict procedures so both us and the merchant are not affected in any way. - We use the store address in the Shopify admin for checkout so the product is never mistakenly shipped to us. - We add at the last that this is a test order on all fields. - We also inform the merchants to cancel the order immediately after the test and we ourselves cancel the order whenever possible. - We use 100% discount coupon so we do not have to pay. - We create a free shipping method that only works for 100% discount so we do not pay anything additional. We ask for admin access so we carry out the testing seamlessly. Let me explain the problems of using real payment transactions for testing. - We offer this app at a reasonable one-time fee for a life-time service so we have to restrict unnecessary expenses to provide a proper service to our merchants. - At the start, we made real payments but the refunds we not matching paid amount because the refund amount does not include the currency conversion fees and the cross-border fees that our banks charged us. - Some merchants closed their stores and become uncontactable. - We were losing money.So we have stopped making live payments. We had not received a reply to our email to you so could not complete the test for your website.

A great app! Easy to install, setup, and use. Unfortunately, I did not understand the difference between Google Customer Reviews and Google My Business Reviews. This app is for the former.

I've only just installed this app, but I have to say that the customer service is fantastic. I needed quite a bit of help to understand what I actually had to do, but I was able to send several emails to the same person (Chandra) throughout who guided me through with screen shot directions and made it really simple for me. Good customer service like that gives me every confidence in the app.
Chandra answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up. Works exactly as advertised. The display badge looks great.

Very easy to use the app and no need to add scripts on the site. Only need have an ID number of Google Merchant Center. Very nice and fast costumer service answering doubts. Thanks.

I installed this app and had an error which, with the help of Chandra, I resolved. This was nothing to do with the app or the install process, it was settings within my Google account which Chandra assisted with and saved me a lot of stress. I had corrected the error Chandra checked the install and made a test purchase to ensure that the app worked. First class service, great app and a steal at the one-off price. Highly recommended
