The App and the customer service is not working or have abondened the customers. I cannot reach anyone of the customer service and the app got extremly buggy leaving my GMC Acc with a lot of banned itmes for no reason. For example: GMC banned my item because of invalid mobile link. The mobile link is not from my store but includes ..variantxxx/ced_commerce etc.. which causes alot of trouble in my account even after changing the link multiple times manually! furthermore the item prices are not synced correctly leading to disapproved items. the fact that no one is avble to talk is very scary and I cant recommend to use this app. anymore!

Im not sure why I keep trying to work with this company. They did not show up for our Google Meet in July of this year and again today. Its like pulling teeth to get support. I'm sure after this review, they will reply to my support ticket on their portal.

I had an issue with Google Merch and connected via chat. Instantly, a Google Meeting was set up, and I was patiently shown what needed to be done to fix it. Thank you for the excellent assistance!
