We upgraded to the premium plan expecting proper support, but none of our feeds were approved, and local inventory ads never worked. After payment, support completely stopped responding, even after multiple tickets and emails. We also felt we were treated unfairly and ignored, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be very cautious before upgrading — communication disappears once payment is made.

Keinerlei Kundenservice, und auch keine Hilfe. der 99$ Plan ist eine Frechheit. Es wird nichts eingerichtet. Ich kann nur davon abraten hier Hilfe zu suchen.

After working with Mohd from CEDCommerce Support and early issues, we have now resolved all trouble. I also got to know that some pretty cool features are coming for multi market stores. I can fully recommend the App and the Support is top notch Update: The App doesnt work anymore, no changes can be saved, uploads doesnt work. very annoying.
