The app had a lot of issues in the beginning but I admire their dedicated support team available 24/7 where you can simply talk to and ask for major and minor adjustments. The downside for us was every time there were issues, our company experienced slight delays which affected our ratings. But after a few days of modifications, we were able to get this app fully optimized according to our needs. Now everything is flawless! I absolutely recommend this team of developers besides the fact that they are the only one who has an integration between Shopify and Google Express.
