Me han cobrado el doble en mi última factura sin razón alguna. He contactado con atención al cliente y no obtengo ninguna respuesta.
Hola. Lamentamos mucho la confusión. Ten en cuenta que las facturas son emitidas por Shopify, y en ocasiones los ciclos de suscripción de Shopify pueden resultar confusos. Sam was extremely helpful over the chat with Reputon. We ran into an issue after installing the app because are currently on a vintage shopify theme. He was able to help me add exactly what we wanted manually in less than 10 minutes. We are pleased with the response time and fast assistance and helping us bring this app to life on our website.
