Really happy. Working well on one site so far. May start on my second site. Hassle free way of doing click advertising. Saves me a lot of time and stress. Reccomended

Very pleased with OL, they certainly get the orders. Had a few support issues and the staff who we've dealt with have been very professional and helped answer any questions. Our Shopify account (products) needed a bit of setting up so that we didn't sell products that we didn't have and removed those with a low margin. Update 2025 It was good while it lastest. We even featured at number 15 in their top performing stores, however we've now gone from a few orders a day to 1 order in the past 2 months. So a total disaster.

At the moment still early days. The system is still in learning mode, but we've already generated orders because of Order Legend!! It's super easy to set up and really transparent. A must for any merchant what ever the business size.

No fuss at all in the installation. We've had 1 sale in the first month, 2 in the second. Our products are tough to sell online (mostly art prints) All sales that we wouldn't have had without the app - so 5 stars for generating sales without any risk or fuss at all

Just got my first order after a week and looks like there are going to be many more. I did not rate 5 stars as the app did not take into consideration my change of primary market and remained focused on the Belgian market whereas I had changed the settings to France. They told me to desinstall / reinstall the app to solve the problem, and hopefully more orders will flow :)

Before you install it i would check in 'company house' this LTD's books. It will be clear quite quickly why you should not waste your time. Their budget for a store will be around 0.05£ if not less for a day. in response to Order Legend LTD : Let me add some numbers for context, They managed to generate 3 CLICKS over two months and a massive wait for it - 200 impressions :) (In your case, our campaigns lost us money and we did not pass any of these losses on to you) LOL Order Legend is not Redbrain those are two separate entities and it would be great if you just dropped that charade

Hi there, Order Legend Ltd is an entity we spun out of our parent company Redbrain Ltd. If you are reviewing our company books at this stage there will be very limited data as the majority of our financial reporting has been through Redbrain historically. This does not reflect how much we invest into our ads. Redbrain generated over £1 Billion order value for merchants in 2022 with the same model our app uses. The exact amount we invest will vary from store to store, depending on how successful our campaigns are, the commission rate and budget cap you set. We put each store through a learning mode where we try different bidding strategies over a period of time to work out if we can drive impressions, clicks and orders under our model whilst running profitably for both parties. I've just looked into your store and can see our campaigns generated limited impressions, clicks and zero orders over a couple of months. In your case, our campaigns lost us money and we did not pass any of these losses on to you. We take calculated risks and it didn't work for your store and you didn't pay anything for trying. We can't guarantee that our app will work for every store and we make this clear on our website and throughout the app. Many factors outside of our control can affect the performance of our app including the products you sell, search volume, demand, competition, your website conversion rate and average order value. We can guarantee that we'll only ever charge if we generate your store orders. Fantastic! Set up was very smooth (really just a couple of clicks and you're done) then it does take a while until it gets started but it was all done within a couple of weeks and we got an email to say our ads were running. 2.5hr later we had our first order! I suggest you try it, you really have nothing to loose!

Our orders through our website have more than doubled since we installed the app. It saves a ton of time as we don't have to manage and fund the ads, paying only for results is great! Even during our slower summer months, we're seeing over 500 orders per month generated from this app. I should mention that there was a billing glitch earlier in the year. Some other reviews have mentioned duplicate charges. However, the team was quick to address the issue, refunded all the duplicate charges for our store, and have since improved their billing system. If you're on the fence about the Google Shopping Autopilot app, I'd say give it a go. Worst case, it doesn't work, you've only spent a couple minutes of your time setting it up. For us at HappyCandy.co.uk, it's made a huge difference and I'm sure it can do the same for other Shopify merchants too.

App did not work at all. We signed up and no one contacted us for over 2 months and it was stale all these while. We got in touch to find out what is going on and where told they are only just going to stream the products now. Waiting another one month, no word from them whatsoever so we deleted the app. Service was very poor I must say.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that our app does involve a setup process that involves synchronizing your product feed with Google Merchant Centre and setting up a Google ad account. This process typically takes 4-7 days, but in some cases, as with yours, it can take longer due to Google's approval process. In your case, our system reports that you installed the app on January 6th and the approval was completed on the 21st of February, after which we started promoting your products. We regret any lack of communication during this time and are working to improve our updates to users regarding this process going forward. In terms of generating orders, we would like to emphasize that there are many factors that can influence the outcome. Despite generating +10,000s impressions and 100s of clicks for your store, we sadly did not see any conversions into paying orders through March. This could be influenced by various factors such as the types of products being sold, the market demand, and on-site conversion rates. As we highlight with our app, we take on the ad spend risk and unfortunately, in this case, the campaign did not result in sales. We recognize that situations like this can be frustrating and we genuinely empathize with your experience. We want to assure you that continuous improvement of our app and strengthening our communication with users is at the heart of our operations. In line with this, we are diligently working on new features that will offer more detailed insights into the system's status for our merchants. It's crucial to highlight that despite the time your store spent integrated with our app, you were not charged any fees. We operate on a performance basis, meaning we absorbed the ad spend, bearing the risk without passing any cost to you. Although this resulted in a loss on our part, our goal is to ensure that our merchants feel confident and see value in our service.
