OrderLegend Google Order Boost

Do not use if running own google ads, they claim they do not compete but i have full evidence to prove otherwise. Around 1 week after installing, my ads started getting very minimal clicks in the day, would spend around £2-5, then come 11pm - 12am at night, id get a surge of 60 clicks costing around £40.... this has happened twice now. This happened in the past too a few months back, but thought id test again, nothing different.

Very pleased with OL, they certainly get the orders. Had a few support issues and the staff who we've dealt with have been very professional and helped answer any questions. Our Shopify account (products) needed a bit of setting up so that we didn't sell products that we didn't have and removed those with a low margin. Update 2025 It was good while it lastest. We even featured at number 15 in their top performing stores, however we've now gone from a few orders a day to 1 order in the past 2 months. So a total disaster. Update 2026 Started working again but then received an email from someone who has never been introduced to us to say they wanted to put up commission to 12% from 8%. Very little point in selling at such a low margin and until the app is improved and we can select what products are advertised it's the end of the road for OL for us. If you work on a high margin then it's a great app but at 12% and on top of transaction charges it's not really worth it for us.
