Quick question i thought you guys said youll pay for the ads and thnat its risk free but its asking for a monthly budget for ads i thought you said "we pay with our own money"
Hi PixelFusion Labs, The budget you set is not ad spend. we use Shopify usage-based billing to process commission charges. Commissions will only be processed on orders our app has generated. Shopify enforces that a maximum monthly billing cap is set when using usage-based billing. This is not the amount you will pay each month unless we generate enough order value to hit the cap (based on a 12% commission rate calculation on the value of orders our app has generated). For example, you could set the cap to the default $600, and the following scenarios could happen: 1. We generate 0 orders, we charge $0 2. We generate $5,000 of order value, we charge $600 3. We generate somewhere between $0 and $5000 of order value and charge 12% of the generated order value. As you can see, our app usage-based billing is essentially pay-as-you-go, where you only pay if our app generates orders up to the monthly cap you set. There are no additional fees. There are 2 ways merchants view the cap: 1. A merchant wants us to help them sell as much as possible, so we recommend setting the cap really high, like for example: $99,999. Realistically it would be almost impossible to hit this cap. 2. They want to manage cash flow, customer experience, or inventory and use the cap to meter our apps performance. The amount you set does not directly influence ad spend, the cap only comes into play when we hit the cap and we can no longer earn commissions. At this point our ads will have to be paused until the monthly billing cycle resets back to $0. You can also change the usage-based billing commission budget cap at any point up or down as desired from within the app. Thanks, Adam

Fantastic! Set up was very smooth (really just a couple of clicks and you're done) then it does take a while until it gets started but it was all done within a couple of weeks and we got an email to say our ads were running. 2.5hr later we had our first order! I suggest you try it, you really have nothing to loose!

I am really pleased with the results from Order Legend for one of my stores, Festival Heaven. Since installing the app a year ago, it has led to significant growth, generating over 2,300 orders and significantly boosting sales. The pay-only-on-results model is great! I also tried the app on another store I manage, Gothic Individual, which is still in its early stages. While it hasn't reached the same level of orders, having only generated a dozen orders since installing the app in March, I've only ever paid for results. I'm working with the Order Legend team now to see if order volume can be boosted. My experience with Festival Heaven is a clear example of how it can drive results for your store. And even if it doesn't drive a lot of order volume, like my Gothic Individual store so far, there is no risk involved with Order Legend's app. I highly recommend giving the Order Legend app a try, it'll either work or it won't and you have nothing to lose giving it a go!

Our orders through our website have more than doubled since we installed the app. It saves a ton of time as we don't have to manage and fund the ads, paying only for results is great! Even during our slower summer months, we're seeing over 500 orders per month generated from this app. I should mention that there was a billing glitch earlier in the year. Some other reviews have mentioned duplicate charges. However, the team was quick to address the issue, refunded all the duplicate charges for our store, and have since improved their billing system. If you're on the fence about the Google Shopping Autopilot app, I'd say give it a go. Worst case, it doesn't work, you've only spent a couple minutes of your time setting it up. For us at HappyCandy.co.uk, it's made a huge difference and I'm sure it can do the same for other Shopify merchants too.

Installed this app a few weeks ago and a very positive experience so far, support team have been very helpful when needed. Working to a fixed % for conversions is great for budgeting and we are seeing sales for items we wouldn't normally focus on with our own Adwords campaigns.
