Amazing support team – fixed issues even Google couldn’t! I’ve worked with a lot of feed apps, but FeedNexa has been the most reliable by far. Their support team (special shoutout to Vincent, Tracy, and Ben) is always quick to respond and actually takes ownership of the problem. I had a long-standing issue with extra “default titles” showing up in my Google Merchant Center that no one could figure out – not even Google. FeedNexa jumped in, investigated, and the problem is gone. They also helped me sort out confusion caused by the Google & YouTube app pushing a conflicting feed, and made sure my new Merchant Center account synced properly without breaking anything. The app itself runs smoothly, but it’s the support that makes it stand out. They’re patient, proactive, and genuinely care about getting results.
