KRE Prime review for Omega Google & Facebook Feed

The Omega app itself was okay. It’s not a bad app, but it wasn’t consistently resolving my Google issues the way I expected. I decided to stop using it and cancel. I was able to resolve those issues using the Google tools already available, and I also decided to build my own app rather than continue paying for a subscription that wasn’t meeting my needs. My one-star rating is primarily about the billing and support experience. I canceled and uninstalled the app months ago, yet I’m still seeing Omega charges on my Shopify bills despite no longer using it. I contacted support and was told the issue would be addressed, but it remains unresolved. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company. I want the charges after cancellation refunded and written confirmation that future billing has stopped. I want to be fair about the app itself. Once the refund and cancellation issues are resolved, I’m happy to update my review to reflect its functionality and the resolution, rather than an ongoing billing problem.
