BARE Equestrian review for Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was working when it was not. Great when it works, terrible service and lack of knowledgable or proactive support when it doesn't.
