Title: Outstanding and reactive support for critical issues ! "I am updating my review to 5 stars. The Simprosys team has been extremely efficient and reactive in solving a critical price mismatch issue (TTC vs HT) that was threatening my Google Merchant Center account. Their developers implemented a custom technical fix (JSON-LD Schema and URL parameters) very quickly. While I still believe that a proactive alert system within the app would be a major improvement for 2026 to prevent such turnover losses, I must highlight the high quality of their technical support. They don't just sync data; they actually help you fix complex problems. Truly professional and reliable."

Simprosys was recommended to me after issues with our original feed were causing errors with the info we supplied. I couldn't get clear answers from Google about what was wrong and it was causing our ads to tank coming into what's normally our busiest time.
