Game-Changer Support! I started using the Simprosys app for the first time, and honestly, setting it up felt pretty complicated at first. I ended up running into a few issues on Google Merchant Center because I wasn't quite sure how to properly configure two different markets. Fortunately, I reached out to their support team, and a absolute legend named Simrit jumped in. He managed to fix the entire issue in just a couple of minutes! Using the app itself is a 4/5 since the learning curve can be a bit steep, but the customer support is an absolute 10/10! Highly recommended just for the fantastic service.

Really happy with this app and the support behind it. Had some sync issues with my Google Merchant Center feed and honestly wasn't sure how to fix it, but their support team stuck with me and helped sort it out properly. Quick replies, clear explanations, no rushing me off. Would recommend if you're managing Google Shopping through Shopify.

It is very useful as it helps you connect easily all the product from Shopify to Google Merchant Center. I don't use it any other since I discovered it, as it saves me and issues. Also, the support center is very quick and they provide great solutions 10/10

Absolutely Brilliant Shopify Shopping Feed App! I honestly can’t recommend the Simprosys Shopping Feed app highly enough. It has made managing product feeds so much easier and taken a huge amount of the headache out of working with different shopping channels. The app is incredibly straightforward to use, even when dealing with more complex feed setups, product attributes and multiple destinations. Everything is laid out clearly, and the level of control over the feed is excellent. What really stands out, though, is the support. The Simprosys team has been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help get things working properly. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and they explain things clearly rather than leaving you trying to figure everything out yourself! They also very easily helped me set up a product feed for GPT Ads, which was something I was particularly impressed with. The whole process was straightforward, and they were happy to help make sure everything was configured correctly.
