Support here is genuinely excellent. Got a fast reply, and they stayed with me until everything was sorted properly instead of just pointing me to a help doc. Very patient and clearly know Google Shopping well. The app does what it says, but the support team is what makes it worth it. Recommended.

Amazing app. It is really easier to set up your tracking and submit google feed. Also I had some issue in my ads account and they helped me resolve it under 10 minutes. Highly recomended to everyone.

It's the gold standard in shopify merchant feed apps. Good customisation options, built in traffic, and excellent customer support.

Cannot recommend Simprosys enough, it's a must for anyone running google ads and making sure your GMC stays healthy. Also A+ customer support, I've had them help me a couple times and today Milan was excellent, he resolved my issue promptly.

The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was working when it was not. Great when it works, terrible service and lack of knowledgable or proactive support when it doesn't.
