The very first app we added to our store and the longest-standing one by far. Symprosys delivers on every front: great pricing, a solid feature set, and customer service that truly stands out. We reached out on a random Sunday and had a real human responding in under a minute. You just don't see that anymore. We'll be using this app for years to come!

SO far so good although we just started. But customer service and support is top notch as far as I can tell. Aradhya was super helpful and efficient in guiding me through some set up steps.

I've used many similar tools before. The configuration options of this one best meet my needs. Moreover, the customer service responds very quickly and is extremely helpful.

I wish the Bulk edit Feature worked by exporting a file, then importing to create changes for all values, not just a select few. Also bulk Assisgned Google Tags are not also saved to Shopify Products and are in the apps layer.

Excellent support from the Simprosys team, especially Nilesh. We run a headless Shopify setup (custom frontend on a separate domain) which created some unique challenges with feed URLs and pricing. Nilesh understood the issue quickly, created GMC attribute rules to fix our domain mapping, and resolved our pricing sync concerns all within hours. The app itself handles Shopify Markets and multi-currency feeds well. Highly recommend for anyone running a non-standard Shopify setup.
