Excellent App & Outstanding Support! Simprosys Google Shopping Feed is by far the best feed app I’ve used — easy to set up, accurate, and perfectly synced with Google Merchant Center. The support team, especially Sachin Vaghela, is outstanding — always quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. What I love most is that they constantly improve the app and add new features, making it better with every update. Huge thanks to the entire team for their amazing work — truly the best Google feed solution out there!

He responded promptly, clearly understood the issue, and provided an effective solution within minutes. Bruger Symprosys til at lave feeds til forskellige markeder. Det virker godt. Er der udfordringer så er der god hjælp at hente hos deres kundeservice.

The app itself is excellent, powerful, and reasonably priced. And the "real gold" here is their support. It's my 2nd store using Simprosys Apps; their support staff are always helpful, resourceful, and able to solve my problem instantly (and sometimes beyond my expectations). Truly recommended. Special shout-out to Chanchal, thanks for your help just now:)

I was extremely pleased with the support that I received from Saad. It was difficult to fix the problems that I had through email however they even were able to meet through Google Meet which resolved my issue in 30 minutes. Great support overall.

Superb customer support, which together with the app's functionalities, helped me solve lots of merchant centre issues I was unable to solve on my own!
