Ruined my current GMC and google ad setup. Had a 1100% ROAS running my ads manually. Installed this and was told it wouldn't affect my current setup. With a few days my ROAS is now <500%. Products have been adjusted in my data source and was assured this wouldnt happen. Confusing app, useless support that was slightly rude and abrupt but maybe that was a language barrier so i wouldn't say that was too much of an issue. However, the drop in my ROAS is the main issue for steering clear.

I used this app and then uninstalled it. I requested my account to be disconnected from GMC and received confirmation that it was done. However, it turned out that Simprosys still has access, continues to receive emails from Google (monitoring activities), and is likely storing data. Additionally, spam started appearing after the integration, which wasn’t there before. This app likely has data security issues. Be careful and check your accounts.

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.

Hello, I do not recommend this app. Customer support very very slow, in addition they did not solve any problem. Just copy pasting. Catalog services not working good, there is full of bugs. Pixels not working well, Google and Meta.

I have been using this app for 3 years but I am starting to realize now how much they came in the way of our data collection. Sure it is great value for $5, but do you really want your data collection from ads to be setup by a team that just copies and pastes answers? These guys are the laziest people when it comes to ticket resolution. Often times I get the same message of giving them access in the same thread, something I have given them years ago and repeatedly remind them. It takes 30 responses to get anything resolved, and this week I decided to move on to another tool. If you spend thousands on ads, take to a better solution, these guys have a terrible product. I have been using them for 3 years and in the last week my data collection has improved significantly with another tool. Pay cheap prices and get cheap service, as simple as that

Support doesn't answer emails promptly, and they are only not available during normal business hours if you live in the United States. So getting help when you need is difficult unless you wanna be up at 1 or 2 AM in the morning to match their Indian Standard Time. This is not acceptable for a business that serves an American public.

The app has been giving us consecutive issues with price mismatch issues over almost a year, every time we contact the common things they says is: do not use Shopify geolocation app popup your micro data has issues and they every time fix it and still the issue exists. they want us to override all Shopify market conversion prices from automatic to manual. every single thing is done every time and the issue keeps on appearing the problem with them is there senior management is just not bothered and they put everything over to the juniors who just have basic know how or they are just not bothered at all. every single website we have is same issues, I would not recommend them at all although we are stuck with them and cannot switch as of now as its too much of a work for now. Typical problem with Indian companies the moment they become big everything goes to junior staff who is not bothered I wont say not capable they are just non serious.

I installed and set up my ad account through this app, and the next day my products in google merchant center and goole ads got banned and I needed to go thru all the verification processes of my business, and google keep rejecting

Dear Friend, We can understand how frustrating it can be to fulfil the legal aspect of your relationship with Google. We are just facilitating the technical part of the process. When you create Google Ads through our interface it just makes life easy. At the same time, it does not provide any kind of immunity against legal requirements. Thanks for bringing this point forward. If you look at the app store listing, we don't promise chat support. We provide Chat support only when our team is relatively free from pending tickets. Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too. avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work. We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.

Usei a versão paga por meses, e quando do nada minha loja foi recusada pelo merchant eu pedi ajuda e disseram que já tinham ajudado e então não iam ajudar, ai fiquei chateado, desinstalei e minha pagina do facebook foi hackeada com meu instagram logo após isso, ou seja eles tinham acesso e por eu reclamar eu suspeito que eles me prejudicaram.

I'm reaching out to share a concerning experience I've had with the Symprosys app, and to caution you against installing it on your Shopify store. This app has caused severe disruptions for many businesses, myself included, by leading to the loss of Google Feed in Merchant Center and, in some cases, resulting in accounts being banned from Google Ads. Despite these significant issues, it's astonishing that Symprosys is still active on the Shopify platform. What's even more troubling is the app's vindictive behavior upon subscription pause or uninstallation. Users have reported that Symprosys maliciously deletes their Google Feed as a way of "thanking" them for using the app. This is not just a betrayal of trust but a deliberate sabotage of your Google presence. Please heed this warning: do not install the Symprosys app on your Shopify store. It's imperative to safeguard your Google control and avoid the potential harm this app could inflict on your business. Spread the word among fellow merchants to prevent them from facing similar setbacks.

Worst customer service in Shopify app. Install only if you do not need customer service. They have a chat feature which does not work. They give total silent treatment, no response or chat message even does not work

Really a bunch of problems, first of all, all the products reported errors, a total of five or six times to contact to solve the problem, and one after another more than three months to take a long time! Now, one-fifth of the products are always in PENDING status, which seriously affects our ad conversion results, and the technical and customer service support is always 24-48 hours to provide service! I am really fed up with this app!!!Please return all my money to me!

Please note that our app's primary job is to submit the product data feed from your Shopify store to your Google Merchant Center. We do not get access to any of your accounts automatically when you complete an integration process within the app. Account access must be granted manually by any Admin user. Therefore, we believe that the disappearance of your accounts is not related to our app, but rather to some other factors that are beyond our control. We would appreciate it if you could confirm when and how you lost access to your account. Did you notice any other unusual activity before or during that time? For example, did you install any other app or add any new team members to your accounts?
