Smriti Sharma provided excellent support in resolving my Google Merchant Center product issues through Simprosys. She clearly understood the problem, guided me step-by-step, and helped fix critical product feed errors that were blocking approvals. Her knowledge of product identifiers, feed settings, and Google requirements is very strong. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with product submissions or Merchant Center issues. Azarbex

Good help from support. Unfortunately it's not possible to adjust product titles from all languages in the Simprosys interface (this means you have to use supplemental feeds).

Je n'ai pas encore une grande experience de l'application mais je peux en revanche dire que le service d'aide est tres réactif et soutient nous autres utilisateurs, ça rassure de pouvoir compter sur les aides en cas de besoin pour débloquer certaines situations.Bonne continuation et merci pour votre aide.

works well, but as a complete novie, I needed support to update certain things. The customer advisor was very helpful and patient and although I didnt complete the tasks I need to do I feel that I can comfortably revisit the chat and ick up where I lfet off

Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.

Product synchronization is timely and accurate. However, the inability to translate English products into other languages (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) may affect multi-country placement on a site

Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.

It was an great app since i have faced an issue. Currently they are unable to track purchase events if you are on shopify checkout extensibility . Its been a week since i brought the issue to them, since then there is no fix! Just because of this issue, my ads data messed up and dropped sales more than 30%. Nop happy at all!!! Please be careful if you are on shopfy plus
