The app is extremely useful, and the support team is very responsive. One improvement I’d suggest for Simprosys is to provide online chat support during U.S. business hours.

This app is absolutely trash! It ruined our Google Merchant feed within 1 hour. We went from only 25 listing issues to over 22,000 and now they refuse to help us fix the issue. We have been on Shopify for over a decade, and wanted a solution to help with bulk submission of our feed since Google removed in product metadata editing awhile go. I would stay away!

The app is very helpful as is support. The only suggestion I would make to Simprosys is to offer online chat support during business hours in the United States.

Great app with excellent support! The app works very well for syncing products to Google Merchant Center. The setup is straightforward, and it offers flexible feed customization options. I had some issues with product data and feed conflicts at the beginning, but the support team was very responsive and helped resolve everything quickly. They clearly explained the problem and guided me step by step. Highly recommended if you're running Google Shopping or Performance Max campaigns on Shopify.

Great support experience! Jyothi was very helpful in explaining why my products weren't showing up in Google Merchant Center and walked me through the entire process clearly. She explained how the supplemental feed works, reassured me that my custom titles and descriptions wouldn't be overwritten, and let me know I just needed to wait 24–48 hours for Google to re-crawl the products after the resync. Very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend this app and their support team!
