I reached out to customer support in regards to an issue that I was experiencing. Abhishek got back to me right away with a diagnoses, which required a developer to fix. I mentioned to Abhishek that I don't have a developer, at which point he offered to fix this issue for me at no additional cost. The issue was resolved less than 12 hours after I inquired. Can't ask for much more than that out of a support team.
