I'm a vet and I liked the idea of having service verified when I used GovX as a customer in the past. As I'm finishing up my Shopify store I was happy to find that they had an app to use. I had an issue getting it to work but the logo file I was using was too large. Support responded the same day and figured it out pretty quickly.

Works great and easy to set up. Definitely recommend it for offering military discounts on your site.
