GOVX ID Exclusive Discounts

We just installed the app on our Shopify Store, and it appears to be working just fine. However, I have one main complaint about the GovX listing page (If this is not connected to the App, I'm happy to edit my review): - There is no way to manage the products that are displayed on the GovX page. Hundreds of products are just displayed without any apparent logic, and there is no way for the customer to filter by category, search or explore by price etc. It is basically impossible to organize an effective storefront on GovX.

We had some hiccups at first, with codes not being accepted but once that got straightened out it's been smooth sailing. Looking forward to see what comes of the promotion we will run with them in October.

We enjoy working with GovX and are very proud of the community they support. The only issue we have with the system is that it pulls "hidden products" from our system and lists then through their website, so some of our listings on their website are not really available for purchase.

GovX is close to our hearts, here at Brixton.com. We are local to San Diego and our partnership with them has been phenomenal. Solid support staff makes it easy to integrate and manage. GovX has helped us to grow an additional revenue stream compared to previous integration partner and we will continue with them for a long term. Fabulous staff to work with and quick responses.

We love being able to offer a discount to military, first responders, and teachers, and how easy GovX makes this. We've also had a great experience with GovX support. The only drawback we've encountered is that we use short code in our product descriptions to control the display of our Shopify product pages, and that gets pulled into the GovX product pages in their market place. This is an "us" problem for sure, but want to share in case anyone else would encounter this relatively minor issue.

Took awhile for customer service to reply between emails/fix an issue, but overall friendly and great app
