I am using this app and love offering a discount, plus access to the marketplace is great. Recently I have been dealing with a duplication of reporting invoicing - but Kevin from GOVX support has been great on communicating the issue and working on a fix.

I'm a vet and I liked the idea of having service verified when I used GovX as a customer in the past. As I'm finishing up my Shopify store I was happy to find that they had an app to use. I had an issue getting it to work but the logo file I was using was too large. Support responded the same day and figured it out pretty quickly.

The GovX app was simple to install + integrate to our Shopify store. We have had zero problems since implementation and GovX woks seamlessly for our customers at checkout. With GovX we have been able to do away with a large portion of one-off discount codes and save hours of labor for our customer service team!
