This app has been an incredible find and has performed so well for our small business so far! It’s really user-friendly for setting up all the surveys, and the customer service is incredibly efficient. We’re currently using their interactive Shopify checkout survey, where customers can leave feedback about their experience before they forget, and we’re also planning to use the Klaviyo integration for more in-depth feedback. Highly recommend this app over some of the other big survey platforms.

Our previous NPS survey vendor sunsetted and Grapevine has been a wonderful new partner. We send our surveys in an email via Klaviyo and it was a smooth integration process to get that going. Grapevine has also made it much easier to track trends and share reports with our cross functional partners. On top of the app being exactly what we need, Sam has been the most helpful! He is super responsive and always ready to guide us in the right direction or improve the app to fit our needs. Can’t wait to continue our partnership and see what’s in store for Grapevine’s future!
