Really Good app, we are using the post purchase surveys as well as embeded surveys in E-Mails. Set up is really easy and the support is great!

Grapevine is an excellent app. It has easy to set up and gives us several options to get post-purchase information from our customers. The survey results have been very helpful for us in understanding how customers are learning about our brand and what led to their purchase.
