Great app, does exactly what it's supposed to do. Love the MCP feature where I can plot all survey data in Claude and at just $25/month that's unbeatable value.
This app is very helpful for collecting customer insights and tracking monthly data trends. It makes it easy to run post-purchase and NPS surveys, and being able to export our data for custom reporting is a huge plus.

Grapevine's Surveys has made for easy integration with Shopify. The main question we wanted answering was "What was the purpose of your visit?" - and we can now attribute this to a clear answer, which has been incredibly beneficial. Sam especially has been very helpful throughout the whole process.

Highly recommend. There is so much you can do with grapevine and the support and expertise the company provides is next level. As a small business owner, I wanted to know more about where my customers were coming from. I started with a simple post order survey and am blown away by how much more I can do now that I'm digging in. They also have a fantastic integration wiht Klaviyo and an MCP server, so i'm super excited to get these set up. So much value!

We started using Grapevine mainly for the attribution reporting, and it's paid off fast. Being able to see revenue and AOV broken down by channel means we finally know which marketing is actually driving sales instead of guessing. The "how did you first hear about us?" data alone has changed how we allocate budget. Setup was quick, and it's genuinely Shopify-native, so it just works. The targeting rules (by order value, product, country, customer type) let us ask the right questions to the right people instead of blasting everyone with the same survey. And the MCP integration for querying our own data with AI is a nice touch that most survey apps don't come close to. Support has been responsive and helpful every time we've reached out. Easily worth the $25/month. Highly recommend to any store trying to better understand its customers and attribution.

I have been a long time user of Grapevine and it has been a super valuable asset for our store. On the odd occasion I have reached out to the team, the team has always been super responsive. I literally asked for a feature last week and the founder reached out today to let me know it’s already live. The data we’re getting is super useful and our completion rates are great. Great app with loads of functionality. We use it across all our branded sites, and it give us so much insight in to how our customers think of our brands. Outside of satisfaction scores, there is loads of information we can gather. Support is greats, as well as the integrations.

Grapevine is a very easy tool to use. We used it to develop a customer post-purchase survey and connect it to our eCRM/e-mail tools. Sam and Stu with Grapevine have been very responsive and helpful with onboarding, setup, and QA'ing our effort. Highly recommend.

Steve has been great! I spent a few hours creating my survey, little did i know i was actually logged out of shoipfy in the background so i was unable to save it. Steve took control though and manually added everything to a fresh one for me. Can't ask for much more than that. He even stepped in and sorted a few layout issues after the survey was complete and published.
