Grapevine was incredibly easy to set up so we could start getting data about our customer journey immediately. It's also great value for us as a small team, and we're excited to look for more ways to use it and learn more about our customers!

Great value for how much they charge! Sam from the Grapevine team was really helpful in how we can make more use of our surveys. Really appreciate when a team is responsive especially when seated in a different time zone. Really happy with the app so far!

A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.

Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.

Super easy to set up, integrated well into our checkout process, resulted in a majority of our customers taking our survey. When I had questions, the team was super responsive and very helpful!

The trial was great to get to know the product! We really enjoy the product especially for the cost! We were using a different product a while back and it got very costly very quickly. With the site updates we're making and extensive acquisition we're driving, the post-purchase survey has come to be a great tool for us!

This app delivers incredible value and performs just as well—if not better—than premium alternatives. The user-friendly interface makes setup a breeze, and the customer support is outstanding. Stu from the support team went out of his way to assist with a complex customer tagging system we needed, ensuring everything worked seamlessly. The app is easy to use, offers great features, and helps us gather valuable customer insights. After some initial setup difficulties, the support team was extremely helpful and resolved our issues quickly. We highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable survey tool!
