Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale. Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.
