Thanks for the great review — we’re really pleased to hear that you found Grapevine Surveys intuitive to set up! 🙌 Whilst we’ve consciously designed the app to balance powerful features with reliability and ease of use, it does mean that we have not implemented certain complex functionality. Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale.
