Really enjoying this so far for my store. Getting great insight on customers at an important part of their journey (post purchase)

It's great and simple to set up. Only down side is there no option to add logic (i.e. skip question 2 if answer to 1 is no).
Thanks for the great review — we’re really pleased to hear that you found Grapevine Surveys intuitive to set up! 🙌 Whilst we’ve consciously designed the app to balance powerful features with reliability and ease of use, it does mean that we have not implemented certain complex functionality. Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale. That being said, your feedback is very much appreciated as it helps us to evaluate where we evolve the product next, so thank you for taking the time to provide your review!
So far, this does everything I need and does so very well. Support is also excellent. Competitor's prices are shameful which is what got me looking for alternatives. That's not to say that this pricing is reasonable (it's a survey app that costs $300/year...) but it's certainly tolerable.

I truly love this app. If you really want to set-up a quick and intuitive post-purchase survey without overcomplicating the process, this is the app to install. Very helpful, proactive customer support. Awesome value for little charge.

We've been using Grapevine for a couple of months now, and it has been great! It's easy to setup and give us great insights. So far we've connected it to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow which has added tons of functionality. We're testing their AI Connect with Claude at the moment and so far it's been great for analysis and reporting. We reached out to their team for help with setting up Flows and we got fast, helpful support. For the price this is a no brainer!
