A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.

Fair pricing What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the support. I had a question and received a response IMMEDIATELY. Their team also pushed a fix for something that wasn't impacting me significantly on the SAME DAY. Not only that, I am discovering more and more excellent features the more I dive into the app. Highly recommend.
