Nathan James review for Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

WOW! After reviewing several different post-purchase survey apps, I quickly landed on Grapevine for a few key reasons: 1. Compatibility with extensibility 2. Ability to ensure only one response per customer 3. Compatible with Shopify Flow, providing many other ways to integrate and utilize the data 4. Fair pricing What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the support. I had a question and received a response IMMEDIATELY. Their team also pushed a fix for something that wasn't impacting me significantly on the SAME DAY. Not only that, I am discovering more and more excellent features the more I dive into the app. Highly recommend.
