Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

www.bakell.com ~ I just downloaded the app, so not sure quite yet. So far it seems easy... but we will see. I'll add another review then! Thanks, from the Bakell.com team!

Useful, simple and does the job.

This is a pretty impressive little free app. Surprisingly, with a simple little optional question at the end of the checkout process, over half of our customers are answering the question. Thank you for offering this free resource, Union Works!

Must-have essential app! Simple and easy to use.

I have been looking everywhere for a ‘how did you hear about us’ app and this one is perfect and it’s free! What I love about it, other than being very easy to set up, is that it asks the question on the thank you page after a customer places an order which is perfect!

Excellent app. Easy setup and install, great results collection so far. Easy to use and understand! 5 stars!

As usual with Union Works apps it is great. Gives me an insight to traffic, and not what I was expecting. Interesting to see how it pans out over the year- a low cost tools that gives interesting feedback.
