The trial was great to get to know the product! We really enjoy the product especially for the cost! We were using a different product a while back and it got very costly very quickly. With the site updates we're making and extensive acquisition we're driving, the post-purchase survey has come to be a great tool for us!

Ability to ensure only one response per customer 3. Compatible with Shopify Flow, providing many other ways to integrate and utilize the data 4. Fair pricing What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the support. I had a question and received a response IMMEDIATELY. Their team also pushed a fix for something that wasn't impacting me significantly on the SAME DAY. Not only that, I am discovering more and more excellent features the more I dive into the app. Highly recommend.
