We're constantly looking to gather customer data to inform our decisions and Grapevine has been incredibly helpful with that. It's very simple to use and set up, and the data is easy to read. If you're looking for concrete feedback from your customers, Grapevine is the way to go.

Grapevine is an essential app for any stores looking to grow. Easy to set up, works perfectly, and very fair pricing. Not to mention they have a super attentive support team (huge shoutout to Stu!).

This app has truly made a difference in helping our small jewelry business take off. With Grapevine's help, I was able to understand where my customers were coming from, which is super important when trying to get new customers.

I have used Grapevine since we launched our store in January and it has been a super helpful app. We have used it to understand which channels are working and driving purchase. We have also created surveys to understand why customers are buying and re-buying our products, which is helping drive our advertising messaging. This app has been fundamental to helping us grow Month on Month and the support team are always a pleasure to deal with.

Application super simple à configurer, support par mail extrêmement réactif. Il n'y a pas de chat comme sur d'autres applications, je pensais avoir une réponse en 24 à 72h et au final Stuart m'a assisté en à peine 5 minutes. Les développeurs peuvent aider à faire des choses en backend. 100% recommandé, donne des infos essentiel pour le développement de votre marque.

Really great experience with the app and the customer service. The app design and functionality is exactly what you would expect and goes straight to the point of providing a simple and intuitive interface for creating surveys. I really appreciate the seamless integration into the Shopify UI, which many apps are lacking. The customer service is exceptionally fast and the team immediately shipped a fix for a very small issue we where facing. A truly optimal support experience.

So far so good! We installed a few different survey apps and Grapevine seems to be the best option for price and usability! Customer service was also quick to fix a glitch we were having with one of our survey questions not showing correctly.

App is exactly what we need and is simple to use. Like that they just released an integration with Shopify Flows so that we can get these answers straight to our slack channel as well

I've been using this app for 2+ years and it has been invaluable to my small business to understand how our customers are finding us. The app works great AND the customer service is awesome. I just reached out to the Grapevine team because some I thought there was an issue. Stuart very quickly troubleshooted what was going on, and it turns out the issue was with something completely different. I was able to get that resolved asap and really appreciate them helping me get it sorted! Highly recommend!

I've been using a competitor app for a while but the price was ridiculous. Grapevine has most major features for a fraction of the cost which makes it a no brainer. Plus, the customer service is on point every single time.

I highly recommend this app for the support alone. The app made things very easy to setup... the one issue we ran into was around reporting and the support team worked tirelessly with us to ensure that we had exactly the reporting that we need in both the platform and via custom events in GA. I've never had such positive experience with an app and developer.

Really great app for a very reasonable price compared to everything else available on the market! Helps us monitor NPS scores of customers very easily and use the data to improve our overall customer experience. The customer service has also been superb and very easy to deal with offering a true "White Glove" service for our account!
