This is a pretty impressive little free app. Surprisingly, with a simple little optional question at the end of the checkout process, over half of our customers are answering the question. Thank you for offering this free resource, Union Works!

I have been looking everywhere for a ‘how did you hear about us’ app and this one is perfect and it’s free! What I love about it, other than being very easy to set up, is that it asks the question on the thank you page after a customer places an order which is perfect!

As usual with Union Works apps it is great. Gives me an insight to traffic, and not what I was expecting. Interesting to see how it pans out over the year- a low cost tools that gives interesting feedback.
