Popus review for Gratify: Loyalty & Rewards

Running a pet supply store for 6 years. I've used 3 loyalty apps. Gratify is the one that finally sticks. The custom rewards feature is what did it — I can offer 'free upgrade to priority shipping' as a 200-point reward, which means my margin stays intact.
