As confirmed in the conversation, the app was installed and purchased by you in July, and it was actively used (including creating groups). The app was only uninstalled on November 25. During the period the app was installed and in use, the charges applied were valid and fully compliant with Shopify’s billing policy. Although the charges were legitimate, we still made our best effort to support you with a refund in good faith.
