The team at WebPlanex doing a phenomenal job. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. They took the time to understand specific needs and created an engaging and user-friendly experience. we were facing rate wise sales report, only by the WebPlanex app though we can get satisfying reports. We recently launched our shopify website and downloaded this app for invoices. Its been great and so easy easy to use. Their interface is very user friendly and it has really resolved all by billing issues. I highly recommend this Webplanex for Gst invoices for your shopify website. Its truly the best.

The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.

After installing and uninstalling 2 - 3 others apps, I stumbled upon this one and I am truly satisfied with this app. 1. It is extremely user friendly. 2. They have brilliant customer support. Whatever queries I had were resolved within a couple of hours. The support is also always available. I'd definitely recommend it to new shopify accounts.
