I have had a wonderful experience with using the WebPlanex: GST Invoice India app for my shopify website. Their support team goes in sync with their technical team as both bring out customized solutions for your store. In my case, I was facing difficulty as I had to attach a unique barcode for shipping with every shipment. I was thinking of purchasing additional equipment to implement this change but Jyoti from support team came forward and took the ownership of talking to the tech team and then get this change implemented just for me on my store. Now, I just attach the tracking id in my order status and the barcode is generated and gets pasted to the shipping label automatically after refreshing the corresponding order status. This is saving a lot of time for me and its looking so authentic on the shipping labels. Thank you for coming forward and implementing a change for just one customer. I am looking forward to get sms feature within this app so that order confirmation or update sms can also be triggered from this app itself. Your team is doing a wonderful job in delighting customers.

I had recently started using this app for gst invoice. Its very easy and user-friendly. As a small business owner in Shopify it's great for gst invoice and making work much easier. All queries are answered by them patiently and if any issues they will guide us. Great app

The application is fine, but I repeatedly kept getting messages on my PERSONAL WhatsApp number saying that the plan is close to being over or other issues. If I am not mistaken, initially it was free for 100 orders a month, then they changed it to USD 5 for the first 100 orders also. Ultimately I don't really care what they do with their own pricing as long as they don't message me outside of Shopify channels. They can set their limits, not allow me to download invoices, whatever, but sending me WhatApp messages outside Shopify is unacceptable and seems blatant misuse of personal information shared.

I initially had some reservations before trying out this app, but it has far exceeded my expectations. it's crucial for me to ensure the correct GST is displayed on my invoices, and this app handles that perfectly.
