We worked directly with Raphael on the installation and support. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly, and all data connections were configured and were passing back data. He made the entire process very easy and we felt confident about the data accuracy.

Raphael and the team are fantastic, and our implementation process was absolutely seamless. We are already seeing wins for our paid media results due to the increased accuracy of the events being sent back to Meta and Google Ads. Highly recommend!

Der Kundenservice konnte uns bei diesem spezifischen Domain-Matching-Problem bisher nicht entscheidend weiterhelfen. Für ein Tool in dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir, dass solche Standard-Konflikte mit der Shopify-Infrastruktur proaktiver gelöst werden. Aktuell leider nur bedingt einsatzbereit, bis das Tracking-Setup stabil läuft." leider Antwortet uns der Kundenservice auch nicht mehr und ognoriert alle Mails
