Elevar has been a great addition to our tracking stack. The implementation team was helpful throughout the entire process. The server-side tracking setup, Meta CAPI integration, and overall data quality improvements have given us more confidence in our attribution and event tracking. Recommended for brands serious about data quality and performance marketing.

App works well, but the service is what is really exceptional. Worked with Hannah who was extremely thorough and helped us diagnose a challenging data issue. I was so impressed with her level of detail and partnership!

Very bad experience overall. Reached out to their customer support for an urgent matter. I opened a ticket, checked later and they already closed it without even replying or solving the problem. their report always shows 100% accuracy by default no matter what, just misleading. Im going to switch to either Wetracjed or Triple whale Sonar asap.

After moving over to Shopify for D2C I’ve always said that I would never take ownership or run a Shopify site without Elevar. Bad data in, bad data and insights out. If you want a solid data foundation and tag management platform so everything else can work like you need it to then Elevar is an excellent choice. Their Expert Installation is amazing and Raphael has been so good to work with during the expert installation onboarding process. Data Layer and tag management is something that is overlooked or not well understood although nothing else works as well as it should without this platform.

We worked directly with Raphael on the installation and support. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly, and all data connections were configured and were passing back data. He made the entire process very easy and we felt confident about the data accuracy.

Don't even bother setting up a client side pixel. If you're starting a new e-comm business, install Elevar from day one and enjoy never having to de-dup. If you don't know what de-dup is, keep it that way by using Elevar. It's a breeze to set up, and you can use it free until you hit an order threshold. You have nothing to lose.
