These guys are top-notch. They have the very best support in the business and they'll help you navigate the cumbersome world of tagging and proper tracking. We are very happy we chose them; they've always been responsive and on point. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

It's a great app and helps track FB stats but it's extremely complicated for someone who isn't tech savvy. Good thing their support team is great and will guide you through the process. If it wasn't for Mario, I don't think I would be able to get it done.

Mario (and the whole support team) is a rockstar always helpful and would go the extra mile for you. It isn't the simplest thing to set up but we did alright and it works like a charm.

Superb. I've worked with Elevar a couple of times now and it's become my first port of call for linking up Shopify with GA, FB Pixel, Hotjar etc via GTM. The platform is easy to use with an excellent knowledge base to back you up, and in situations where you need them, the support is top-quality. If you're a total novice, I recommend getting on a plan with more support and the 'done for you' service - you'll save yourself lots of pain and worry.

Still getting used to Elevar. BUT, Amanda from Customer Success was incredible. She was quick and responsive and even followed up when I dropped the ball during install. People like Amanda make for a great experience and speak to the reliability of the brand. Otherwise, I've heard great things about Elevar from other store owners. Would definitely reccomend.

The Elevar is incredibly powerful, all data you ever need is already there, the main tags are already setup. Then Mario and team have been a powerful and so fast to reply and help, they helped me to create the variables that I missed. Our ROAS was rising due to IOS 14 (we think). We got Elevar running about a week ago. ROAS is rising. Today our ads performed at a ROAS (almost 4) that we haven't seen for weeks. This feels awesome. You have to try it out and compare the before vs after - there is no good excuse not to. If the company owner doesn't quite get it (it's complicated, they are busy), send them to this review. It's risky to not have this set up. This is the future of tracking. Get on board now! I also trust this company a lot. Brad, the owner answered my questions, and made sure we got set up quickly when I asked for his help (we hired Elevar to set up our CAPI). Jerica who helped us out was extremely professional, talented, and overcommunicated -- the three traits I look for in any person I work with. It was $500 to hire them to set up CAPI, and worth every dollar. Huge fan. A+.
