We’d like to inform you that our pricing structure has recently been updated. The Free plan is now only available for small and new stores, while stores on growing are required to upgrade to the Premium plan to continue using the app. This change helps us continue providing stable performance, new feature improvements, and dedicated support for active merchants. We also shared this update in advance via email notification before the change was applied. To continue using the app without interruption, please select the Premium plan within the app. Once activated, all features will be available again immediately. Please rest assured that we communicated this change transparently in advance. An email notification regarding the pricing update was sent to merchants prior to the release so they could review the changes and prepare accordingly. I hope it's clear and helpful for your concern. Misleading information.... 1- No Store Credit available. 2- It's not free... $45 per month All the reviews with 5star ratings are fake.

First, regarding pricing: our app does offer both a Free Plan and Paid Plans. The Free Plan is available at no cost and allows merchants to use core features, including the ability to issue store credit to customers. The paid plan is entirely optional and intended for merchants who require advanced features and higher usage limits. At no point is payment required to install or test the app. Second, concerning store credit: On the Free Plan, merchants can absolutely issue store credit to their customers. If this option was not visible during your initial setup, it is very likely due to the app not being fully configured. We would be happy to guide you step by step to ensure this feature is enabled correctly. Third, about app reviews: We take this matter very seriously. All reviews for our app are submitted by real merchants through Shopify’s official review system, in full compliance with Shopify’s policies. We do not, and will not, submit fake reviews. Shopify strictly monitors review authenticity, and any violation would result in immediate action by their platform. It appears that the app may not have been fully set up during your first installation. To resolve this quickly, we kindly ask if you would be willing to reinstall the app and allow our support team to assist you directly. We are confident that with proper setup, the app will function exactly as described. Our goal is not only transparency, but also your success. This app is awful. We have tons of orders where the app just did not assign a code. We also found that the app did not send out the emails with the code. Their support is crap. They don't have any answers, they did not send out the gift codes to the recipients even though I have requested that 3 times now. Customers are very upset. This is taking a huge amount of my time to find and send out gift codes to upset customers. The app was supposed to do that, and when we found out that they did not, we requested that they send out the codes to all recipients. They have not done that yet....

Hard to Setup and no response from the support.

I set this app up, sold a few cards, and everything seemed Ok. The "pink" background was ugly but they said they were working to fix this. However, they seemed to have changed their business model to take a portion of the cost of the gift card? Thats crazy! Aren't their costs the same? And it no longer works at all, without notice. Great way to piss off customers in November.

I wish the app worked but it didn't work with the Whisk theme. I installed it and it broke all the formatting on my page. Sad that the only affordable gift card app doesn't work.
