This app is fantastic! I love that I had the opportunity to customize a lot of the elements for how this app is implemented. After a few weeks I had a small hiccup with how my birthday members were subscribed so I reached out to the Happy Birthday team. A member on their team, Stu Jones, worked tirelessly to make sure that our app was functioning perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough about how Stu helped our company. I HIGHLY recommend this for any business!

These guys are awesome. Unbelievable support and guidance- AND FAST. When we had challenges, they actually offered up a solution whereby we would no longer need to use their software. These guys are really great. You're in good hands.

We've been using this app for over a year. It has been a simple and very relevant way to get users to come back. The support was super prompt whenever we've reached out to them. Easy to use app. Highly recommend!

Es una muy buena app para gestionar los mails de cumpleaños. Me permite que solo pongan su cumpleaños si ya compraron, lo cual ayuda a mi estrategia de marketing. Además, su soporte es amable y me ayudaron cuando lo necesité.

Our company has been using the app since 2023 and it's been great! The interface is extremely straight forward and easy to use. But Stu and the customer service team are what sets the app apart! Quick and helpful guidance!

The app is really good but the customer service is in a different league altogether! I don't use this app in the same way as most people might. My store is a Pet related business and I use this app to collect a dogs name and breed as well as the DOB. Over a few nights, Stu at customer support went above and beyond helping me to add additional features that I needed (metafields etc). Nothing was too much, even when I felt I might be becoming a pain with all my questions. Well done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone.

Such a cool feature for telling our customers how much we love them. But there are still some things that are way better then only the idea behind this app. First of all thank you for such an outstanding support, they realized things from which we never dreamed before. Steve was really motivated to fit the app exactly to our needs and to be honest that really was work! The functions, the design, the customer satisfaction – we love what the app does to us and our customers, thank you guys, thanks Steve!

Using Flow to add birthdates from customer metafields into Happy Birthday works really well and hopefully sending the birthday emails from your own domain will help to enhance brand awareness.

The app is easy to set up, the documentation is detailed and thorough, but our experience with support completely blew us away. Steve was extremely quick to respond to our emails and always had a detailed and relevant answer. He also anticipated our needs and proactively offered suggestions. Thanks to his help, we were able to easily set up a two-way loop with Klaviyo so that: 1) birthdays collected in Happy Birthday are transferred to Klaviyo and seamlessly attach to our existing flow infrastructure for birthday offers 2) birthday we collected thru our existing channels are synced back to Happy Birthday, so we can make sure we are not asking our return customers for information they already provided. Between the app's simple and lightweight design and unparalleled customer support experience, we are now reviewing other apps made by the same team and trying to find a use case for them. You guys are amazing.

The Birthday app is really amazing. We've been using it for about 2 months and it has been working on the Website and on POS as well. Pretty easy and very intuitive, also their team if you have any issues with, will help to solve it and they really made it work!!!
